A little about my company vision and philosophy
I am pleased to announce that after 18 years working as a top producer for an international company, I have started my own, independent, boutique brokerage firm. It is called, simply, Nancy J. Lewis Real Estate. I am the sole broker and owner. Although I am thankful for having been such a great business partner for so many years, I came to realize that working for such a large “brick and mortar” is no longer relevant or necessary with today’s technology. The goal of my new business is to create a unique, modern, client-based approach to customer service. During the shutdown, I quickly learned that I could effectively serve clients even better by meeting them privately, in their own spaces, where they live and work, rather than meeting at the office. By meeting people where they are, I realized I gained a better understanding of how to offer a more personalized service. Regardless of how challenging an escrow can be, and regardless of the difficulties of an ever-changing real estate market, my goal is and has always been to put the interests of my clients first. Although my home office base is still primarily in Ripon, I also have a workspace at our family farmhouse located in Manteca for group meetings and conferences. As a boutique firm, my transaction team, marketing team, and I will create a flexible and accessible environment for my clients while offering them a fresh perspective on current real estate trends. My many years of experience working on complicated escrows and connecting my clients with mortgage, tax, 1031 exchange, escrow, and legal professionals allows me to offer effective solutions for any challenge that may arise throughout a transaction. As a fifth generation Californian, I look forward to turning the page to the next chapter of my career and to reaching an even higher level in real estate sales, customized service, and consulting within the Central Valley and our beautiful state.
