About Nancy

I have fond memories of growing up in West Modesto in the country spending most days outdoors in the orchard and nature. My childhood home was filled with love and a large family where many would stop by to visit. It was a home where there was always room for one more around the dinner table each night which was promptly served at 6 o’clock. During my school years you would find me on the soccer field, playing tennis, or on a long run.

College took me to the Central Coast, where my love for the ocean grew and my passions turned to the sand and water. To follow was love, marriage, and raising my children: school, sports, community service, family dinners, travel, REPEAT.

Running marathons have now turned to long walks, backpacking and camping to day hikes, and the club crew team to kayak and paddle boarding. I live my life to its fullest, spending time with the people I care about the most, in the places I love, and still gathering around a beautifully set table with friends and family as often as possible.

Along with my passion for family, the outdoors and travel, I am motivated by advocating for those who cannot and helping others any way that I can. Real estate has been a great fit for me because it gives me the opportunity to assist people in finding a secure place to call home like I have always been so fortunate to have.

I enjoy empowering buyers and sellers from all walks of life and backgrounds, no matter the credit score, or price point they can afford. As I move forward in my career, I look forward to educating, advocating, creating solutions for homelessness, and discrimination within the real estate space.

If I seem like a good fit for you, please give me a call. I would love the opportunity to earn your business. It’s time to love where you live.
