5 Star Service. I originally hired Nancy Lewis to assist with selling my parents’ home after they had passed away. The sale was a bit more complicated for me as I was the Trustee of my parents’ estate and therefore had to make sure that the process was completely transparent and fully understood by the Trust’s beneficiaries to whom I ultimately answered. I was impressed by Nancy’s knowledge of the real estate field, her specific “feel” for market conditions, and her attentiveness when responding to my many questions. We sold the home promptly at a price which everyone found acceptable. It was a relief that the entire process went as smoothly as it did in no small measure due to Nancy’s diligence. Nancy did such a fine job with the sale of my parents’ home that my wife and I entrusted her to represent us in the sale of our own home several years later. We were somewhat under the gun as we were concurrently purchasing a residence out of town. Timing was pretty critical. The single most important recommendation Nancy made to us to avoid potential delay was to order a pest report and home inspection report right off the bat and to include copies of same with the listing paperwork so that anyone contemplating a purchase of the property would have the documents in hand at the outset. This strategy succeeded. We sold the home in a timely manner without complications or unnecessary delay. We appreciated Nancy’s sound advice, professionalism, integrity, and honesty in our dealings with her. If we ever have to buy or sell again, we would not hesitate in asking her to represent us.
